Lamentations 3:42

Israel's Affliction

⁴¹ Let us lift up our hearts and our hands
to God in heaven:
⁴² We have sinned and rebelled;
You have not forgiven. ⁴³ ס SamekYou have covered Yourself in anger and pursued us;
You have killed without compassion.

For Us

We Have Sinned

2 Kings 24:4

and also because of all the innocent blood he had shed. He had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the Lord would not forgive.

Nehemiah 9:26

But they were disobedient and rebelled against You.
